Each engagement consists of a pre-engagement conference, specific work plan, team meetings, complete documentation and a client exit conference. We assist you in making sound business solutions through engagements that are shaped by proper planning, efficient fieldwork and timely, effective communication. Connolly, Grady & Cha, P.C., is registered with the Public Company, Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), a private-sector, non-profit corporation, created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Our shareholders are members of the American (AICPA) and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). Our management team is actively engaged in facilitating and attending continuing education courses sponsored by the latter organization. We belong to the AICPA’s Securities and Exchange Commission practice section and the PICPA’s Financial Institutions Committee. In addition, Connolly, Grady & Cha, P.C. is SEC qualified and submits to a rigorous peer review as a participant in the American Institute of CPAs' Peer Review program.
